Hi I have problem with serial number because I don't have any. I think this is for free? But when I start install program. Program tell need serial:(
I download program from your website??

The email we sent you with the download link include the serial number and activation key that you should use.  Just check the email again.

never got the e-mail with the serial number, I also have Turocad silver anniversary edition. ser no ####-####-####-####. I am a teacher for plumbers & fitters # 114 Santa Babara Local. I would like to install double cad on my lap top because we use AUTOCAD and double cad looks and works more like autocad. I need the serial number to use it, can you help PLEASE.
