Can't duplicate the first issue with Pro closure and the memory error message. This is the same issue we discussed once before I believe during the test phase. It appears to be unique to your machine/configuration. Perhaps off-line we can talk about possible ways to clean up the installation again.
The second issue is confirmed. We are having problems with the final released XT product opening XT Pro files at the moment. Top of the list for maintenance 1 release.
[EDIT] Did you check if it does this if you are not using the roaming profiles you mentioned to us before? I'm curious if you see this with any local saving/closing, etc.
