Go to "Tools / Customize⟶Options" page. Highlight the current workspace in the "Save In" field and type in a unique name, then click on the "Save In" button. Overwriting the name does not affect it, you're just creating a new one. As you move toolbars, palettes, etc., click on the "Save In" button to update your workspace. At some point in the future, you may need to do a Repair or Reinstall of your program or there may be an Update. TC will start with a default workspace. You can select your custom workspace from the "Load From" list, then click on the "Load From" button and the program is back to the way you had it before.
