Cannot change printing paper size by using Columns and Rows selectors in Page Setup / Paper Layout . I am sure I could do this on previous versions. Is it a new feature  (heaven forbid) or do I have a problem.
I have deleted entire program, downloaded again and installed again to no effect.

Hi talismann

Make sure you are in your 'Layout' not 'modelspace' work area (click on tab at bottom of drawing) then you should be able to set this up correctly! and also make sure you have your printer parameters set correctly too - whether you are printing to PDF or of course to another printer device.
