command line often cold...
« on: February 19, 2012, 11:59:46 PM »
I've been working hard on my UI to best fit my ideal CAD - the best features of ACAD and TurboCAD.

I've mucked it up a little somehow though. The command line now usually omits the blinking cursor. Typing in this state does nothing. I have to click on the command line field and then it's all go.

Any hints on where I should look to rectify this?

Thanks,

Hi Dave, I have not seen this myself but will take a look too.

OK. My cursor is not there or blinking, but if I start typing, no problem - text appears.

Pressing the 'tab' key should get the cursor to appear in the command line.

Hi Steve,

Cold is cold - tab also doesn't do anything.

The alt- SEKEs and menu calls still work though as does ctrl-c, ctrl-v and ctrl-alt-del. (None of these use the command line though.)

If I revert to the std 800 workspace it's all good as I haven't made any changes to that. I might have to some feature to feature comparison of the two workspaces to sort it out.
