Activation code & e-mail contact problems

I am unable to activate a reloaded free version due to "activation code error" despite copying & pasting from e-mailed advice doc. Also cannot make contact with CustomerService@imsidesign.com or imsi-design.com as both are returned as unavilable. Please help me to get the reload up and running.

Welcome to a major problem. I go through this every 30 days after the "PRO" trial period elapses. I hit the "Revert to xt" button and it wipes out the program. I try and try to contact validation and all I get is a recording. When I do get validation desk, it starts the 30 "PRO" period all over again.
