drawing dissapeared!

my file is still showing and the drawing appears in the little icon provided when choosing what file you want to open but when I open it the page is blank and the title block is gone too.
seems like i was just drawing and all of the sudden my rendering dissappears. happened once on the version 2 software and once in the version three. 
windows vista
version 3 with pro trial
 new to this, thanks in advance.

I have one like that in very recent time (last week). I will dig it out for you Brian. As has been stated, the icon shows there is a drawing, but when opening not very much. I do however have a couple of 'dots' on screen and a select all selects quite a bit of info. In pro version I have this error. Not tried it in the free version.

Will dig it out tomorrow and post also.
