M new to DoubleCAD and CAD in general so now learning it.
i found some problems with measurement.

I draw two lines and two arcs to form a close shape
and then try measure its area. As DoubleCAD suggests this i have to use Tools/ Inquiry/ Area and use
local menu options (by entity). i found one value and i then use [join polyline] tool and from [selection info]
i found slightly different!!!

while the distance value (parameter) in both cases is the same!

Yep, this is a limitation, not a bug. For curves and arcs the inquiry.mesurement tool must use polygonal approximations. In others words it uses a series of short line segments. As a result there are slight variations. The metrics methods (polyline) is both more precise, and more accurate. A typical deviation would be in the neighborhood of 1/15 of 1% or 1/1500.

Yes the metric value from a closed polyline is more precise
