On page 523 of the manual, instructions for starting Print Style Manager:
"Print Style Manager
Menu: Tools / Print Style Manager"
That selection doesn't seem to be available. I looked through many menus and could not find it. Finally I decided to guess at the command prompt:
"print_style_manager" and voila! it worked.
How do you normally access the Print Style Manager?
