Colored edges on shaded views

I'd like to see the ability to add black edges to shaded views.  Autocad has the ability to pick what color you'd like and I think it makes the shaded views much nicer and easier ti understand.

Yep! Count me in as well.

But I rather had a hidden line mode in open GL though. Like in sketchup.
Have you noticed the increase in speed(navigation) while in open GL? If you head into camera settings-draft mode, there is
dropdown lists of Open gl and "Gourade". Why not plunk in a hidden line mode there...
 
This Red is unstable for me and has bad performance. Strange things happens in hidden line mode.
For the moment its impossible to work with not even so large models.

I too think that OGL is the choice!

And regarding the lines, if you donīt use Sketchup you might want to look into it. But I am sure that the shader has the option somewhere to show edges and creases and folds in black, since itīs pretty much standard nowadays.
